The opening

My group: Yasmine, Agata and myself have been given the task to create the opening of a film with consideration of genre. We chose to create the opening of a musical. This would mean that we would have to research existing musicals and look into things like props, camera shots, music and location. In order to do this we would from inspiration research the common props, location from inspirations e.g. all musicals are usually set in busy places, camera shots, the common shots used on existing musicals to establish the genre and of course the storyboard board from inspiration, what are the usual plots of a musicals, typical protagonists and situations etc...
